How I listen
What I’m here to do
I called this Listening Tree for a reason. A tree takes in everything around it, stays exactly where it stands, and gives back clean air. That’s the kind of presence I want to be for you.
I take it all in
Bring me whatever feels heavy: the tangled, the unspoken, the too much. You don’t need the right words, and nothing you say is too small or too big to bring.
I stay steady with you
I won’t flinch, judge, or rush you. I’ll stay calm and present, so you have something solid to lean on while you find your way through.
You leave with clearer air
I won’t hand you my answers dressed up as yours. My hope is that you leave with a little more room to breathe, and a little more of your own clarity than you came with.
A little about me
Who you’ll be talking to
Hi, I’m Rajesh Ganti. I’m a counsellor, and I know how much it can mean to sit with someone who really listens.
Two decades across continents, cultures, and careers; life taught me things no textbook could. I have navigated my own hardships, identity questions and moments of hard but quite crisis, and i know how isolating that can feel when you carry it alone. That personal journey is what brought me here. I understand corporate pressure, family expectation, and the weight of living between multiple worlds. If you are within any such intersectionality or crossroads of your life and would like to talk, i am your Listening Tree.
There’s no script with me, and no part of you that’s too much to bring. Just a real conversation, at your pace.
A place to belong
Come exactly as you are
I made this space to hold you. There is no clock watching, no right way to do this, and nothing you need to fix before you arrive.
What you bring stays between us.
Our conversations are private. I hold your story with care and clear professional boundaries, and I will always be honest with you about the rare limits to that.
No clock, no rushing.
We move at the pace that feels right to you. Some things take time to put into words, and that is completely okay here.
You set the direction.
This is your space, not mine. I walk alongside you rather than ahead of you, and follow where you need to go.
Nothing is too much to bring.
No part of your story is too small, too messy, or too late. You can say it out loud here and meet only care in return, no judgement at all.
Reach out
Tell me what’s on your mind
Reach out in whatever way feels easiest. The quickest way to get me is by phone or WhatsApp, and I read everything myself.
If you can’t reach me by phone or WhatsApp, just leave a message below and I’ll respond back to you soon.
